Updated: Feb 20, 2021

Do you want salmon in your life but don't know where to start? Here is the easiest recipe for it. I know it's easy because I can do it.

I'm going to skip the small talk about how awesome salmon is and how I love to eat it with my family and just give you the recipe, because you have dinner to make.

From my kitchen to yours, xoxo

Super Easy Baked Salmon

Ingredients

1-2 lb Wild Caught Salmon Filet(s) (just say NO to farmed)

2-3 tbsp butter

Salt and Pepper to taste

Juice of one Lemon

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F

2. Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper

3. Place Salmon skin down, flesh up on parchment paper

4. Season to your liking with salt and pepper

5. Place pads of butter all over the salmon

6. Slice the lemon in half and squeeze juice over the salmon

7. Bake in the pre heated oven for 18 minutes or until it’s flaky

8. Eat! I'm not kidding when I say my kids devour this.

Pro Tip: Salmon can be used in a stew, by itself, on a leafy green salad or with eggs for breakfast! Whatever you don’t eat, save it for tomorrow!
